Where is EcoFlow Guam located?

We are based in Guam and the products we offer are on-island unless marked as 'out of stock' or 'sold out'. Shopping is only available through our online store, but we hope to open a physical location soon.

Do you ship outside of Guam?

We do not ship outside of Guam. For US or International customers, please see ecoflow.com or us.ecoflow.com.

Is there warranty?

EcoFlow offers up to 5-year limited warranty on DELTA Pro, DELTA 2 series and RIVER 2 series power stations and 12-24 month limited warranty on EcoFlow solar panels and accessories. Manufacturers warranty is provided by EcoFlow Technologies Inc. and not directly by EcoFlow Guam. As your local dealer we will work with you to find a solution if your EcoFlow products purchased from EcoFlow Guam experience any issues that may be covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please see our warranty page for more info.

Delivery / Shipping policy

We provide free delivery from our warehouse to your home or business. Delivery may take 1-3 business days but we do our best to deliver within 1 business day of purchase.

Can I refund my order?

Refunds are only available for purchases that have not been delivered or if product is deemed to be defective.
